LOOP is our flagship product today. Our next chapter is building an AI-native HCM and HRM platform on our own AI models, not a chatbot bolted onto old software, but a system that understands payroll, attendance, and workforce data well enough to act on it. It's early, it's ambitious, and it's the direction every LOOP feature we ship is quietly building toward.
Our own AI models
We're training and running our own models in-house (starting with the document-intelligence engine already reading onboarding data in LOOP) instead of wrapping someone else's API.
Predictive, not reactive
The goal is an HCM system that forecasts payroll cost, attendance risk, and staffing gaps before they happen, not one that just reports on them after.
One brain across HR
Payroll, attendance, workforce, and finance data feeding a single intelligent system, instead of dashboards that don't talk to each other.
